  • Christina DeSimone

    Ms DeSimone has a track record of 30 years medical industry experience, complimenting Future Care’s goal of building an integrated medical solution for the Maritime Industry’s high cost of medical claims. Ms. DeSimone originally built USA Audit, one of the first medical bill review companies utilized in the US, USA Exams and DeSimone Rehabilitation Associates in 1978. She developed original managed care solutions that have evolved current industry standards for medical care management.

    Her company was bought by Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a healthcare investment banking firm, as part of an acquisition that was merged into Concentra Health Care. Concentra is a one billion dollar healthcare company.

    She subsequently opened the doors of Future Care in 2000 bringing together a select group of nurses, physicians and managed care staff to introduce Managed Care techniques to the International Maritime Industry.

  • Barry A. Frank
    Executive Vice President and General Counsel

    Mr. Frank has been the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of SOS for the past 23 years. Prior to SOS, Mr. Frank was an associate and partner, respectively in two mid-town Manhattan, New York law firms.  Mr. Frank graduated from the University of Connecticut with a BA Degree and earned a JD Degree from Loyola University School of Law. He is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar, a licensed Private Investigator, Member of American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and Former PBA Attorney.

  • Stephen Grossman

    Stephen Grossman, CPA has over 50 years experience as both a principal and advisor to middle market businesses. Mr. Grossman founded Glenwood Capital in 2002 as a corporate finance advisor specializing in the needs middle market businesses and their owners.

    Previously he served as Managing Director of Lincolnshire Equity a leading private equity firm with over $900 million invested in 55 companies since 1986. Earlier in his career Mr. Grossman was the Managing Partner and then a Senior Partner of two prominent accounting firms.

    Past and present board affiliations include: Janus Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ SCM), Custom Alloy Corporation, US Gas and Electric, Conway Acquisition Corp., Guilford Manufacturing, Midatlantic Bank (later merged with PNC Bank), Chelsea Bank, Monmouth Medical Services and Roundabout Theatre of New York City.

    Mr. Grossman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance.

    George Spadoro is a Wolff & Samson attorney whose practice is focused on corporate law and litigation. He advises companies and their senior executives on the legal and strategic considerations faced by growing businesses.

    A former member of the New Jersey State Legislature, he served as chairman of the Transportation Authorities, Telecommunication and Technology Committee. He also served for 12 years as the mayor of Edison, N.J, the fifth largest city in the state with a population of 105,000, where he operated a city with 1,500 employees, 11 collective bargaining units and a municipal budget in excess of $150 million.

    With more than 25 years of legal experience, George’s clients include corporations and individuals, many of whom come to him for representation in significant real estate and corporate transactions, as well as for complex corporate and business litigation matters in both the federal and state courts. He also provides counsel to clients regarding contract negotiations, development and redevelopment projects, and capital fulfillment.

    Prior to joining Wolff & Samson, George was the senior partner of Spadoro & Hilson in Woodbridge, N.J. He holds Martindale-Hubbell’s highest AV® rating.

  • Lisa Sinclair

    Douglas Elliman

    Lisa Sinclair is a licensed Real Estate agent with Prudential Douglas Elliman, the number one company in Manhattan.

    Prior to joining Prudential Douglas Elliman, Lisa was as an executive at several high-profile companies. She worked as director of sales and marketing at EMusic Network – RollingStone.com.  Lisa also served as manager of new business/sales and marketing for Time Warner - Warner Custom Music, where she was responsible for new business, sales and marketing for Warner Music Group's corporate marketing division.

    Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northridge University in Northridge California, and has an Associates degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Lisa is a member of the Screen Actors Guild as well as AFTRA. She is active in MusiCares, and Petra Nemcova's Happy Hearts Fund.
